This document explains the legal terms and conditions for your use of the Astrois mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the Service
Astrois is an inner transformation platform that allows users to log their daily feelings, thoughts, and events. It combines this personal data with astrological data to provide AI-powered personal insights and analysis. The Service may include a free journaling feature and a premium AI guidance feature accessible via subscription.

2. Purpose of the Service & Disclaimer
Astrois is a tool for self-discovery and personal awareness. No content or AI-generated analysis provided by the Service constitutes or should be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should always consult a qualified professional before making significant life decisions. You are solely responsible for the consequences of using the insights provided by Astrois.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

  • You are solely responsible for all content (journal entries, notes, etc.) that you submit to the Service. You may not share content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes upon the rights of third parties.


4. Premium Subscription and Payments

  • The premium features of the Service may be offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.

  • Subscription fees will be charged through the App Store or Google Play Store, according to their respective payment terms.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your app store account settings.

  • Refund policies are subject to the policies of the App Store and Google Play Store.


5. Intellectual Property
The Astrois logo, design, software, text, and all other elements of the Service are the property of MDSW Dijital Hizmetler ve Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şti. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights over these elements.

6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the application.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the application or by email.
